How Charalambos is building a better working world

"Helping clients to unlock the power of key disruptive trends, seizing the opportunities and dealing with the risks, our teams are assisting them in transforming, adapting and thriving in their area of business.

Through my role in EY, I have become the transformation leader by changing businesses for the better and generating long term value between our teams and our clients.

As an advocate for Diversity and Inclusiveness, and through the Women Fit 4 Business program, I have been a trainer and a mentor to groups of ambitious women, empowering and supporting them to enter the workforce as ‘fit’ and as skilled as possible, so that they can thrive in their career paths. I believe  that diversity, inclusiveness and equal opportunity are imperative to both our businesses and our lives in general; core values that I share with EY, in building a better world."
