How Micah is building a better working world
“I often say culture is not only the work I do, but the work I love to do. It is all due to the people I get to impact. There is nothing more powerful inside an organization than the culture because it creates the human experience everyone lives and feels daily.
Having the opportunity to partner with companies to shape and evolve their culture directly impacts every person encountering the company. This enables me to create a better working world for the companies I directly work with as well as their customers. It also allows me to create modernized alternatives that other companies, even the ones I don’t work with directly, can adopt.”
