NFIL Graduate Program – Finance Track

What is the best part of being a NFIL graduate?

I have experienced the steepest learning curve in my life since I have joined the NFIL program, both from the professional, but also personal side. What surprised me from day one was the amount of responsibility that I got and challenges through which I have learnt so much over the past year. Another amazing thing about joining the NFIL program is getting insight into how operations run in EY and the exposure to the large variety of stakeholders across EY.

What is the best part of being a NFIL graduate?

The best part of being a graduate in the COO office is the amount of responsibility you get so early on in your career. I got the opportunity to project manage a global digital transformation project working together with cross functional teams from all parts of the organization. This level of ownership together with active mentoring and coaching really makes the graduate program to an exceptional experience.

NFIL Graduate – Marketing Track

What is the best part of being a NFIL graduate?

Being an NFIL graduate has allowed me to explore and develop myself personally as well as professionally. I was early on encouraged to find my own projects which I then got the chance to lead, giving me a great opportunity to expand my scope of capabilities. The chance to work on a multitude of projects that both challenge you and inspire you is to me the most valuable part of the program, not two days are alike, and you feel that what you do makes an impact.
