Peter M. Fasolo is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for global talent, recruiting, diversity, compensation, benefits, employee relations and all aspects of the human resources agenda for the Company. He is a member of the Executive Committee, Management Compensation Committee, and Chairman of the Pension and Benefits Committee.

Peter first joined Johnson & Johnson in 2004 as Worldwide Vice President, Human Resources for Cordis Corporation. He was then named Vice President, Global Talent Management, with responsibility for executive assessment and development. He left Johnson & Johnson in 2007 to join Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) as Chief Talent Officer for the portfolio companies owned by the firm. He returned to Johnson & Johnson in September 2010 as Vice President, Global Human Resources.

Peter has more than 25 years of global experience in healthcare, having spent 13 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb in executive level, human resource roles in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer segments. He serves on the Board of the Human Resources Policy Association in Washington, D.C., is an Advisory Board Member of the Trust for Public Land in New Jersey and also serves on the Board of Arm in Arm of Mercer County.

Peter earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Delaware, a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Providence College.

Liz Fealy is a Principal and Americas Strategy and Solutions leader in the Ernst & Young LLP People Advisory Services Practice. She has over 20 years of global human capital M&A experience and is an employment and labor lawyer by background. Liz is a strategic advisor to her clients on people and HR implications in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, restructurings and transformations. She has advised her clients in many of the largest recent transactions across a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, financial services, insurance, airlines, and transportation.

Over her career, Liz has partnered with over twenty-five of the Fortune 100 companies on their corporate transactions. She has a strong breadth and depth across the spectrum of people/HR issues including: M&A due diligence and integration strategy and project management execution, organization design, leadership and talent management including talent selection and staffing, legal entity set-up and global employment transfer and labor relations, total rewards integration, HR strategy and HR function integration as well as culture, communication and change initiatives in the context of transactions and transformations. Liz also has significant global transaction expertise across all regions.

Liz earned a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to the bars of New York and the District of Columbia and has practiced before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the New York State Court of Appeals and New York’s appellate/ trial courts.

Sayed Sadjady

Principal, People Advisory Services
Ernst & Young LLP

Sayed Sadjady is the People Advisory Services Sector leader for Ernst & Young LLP and primarily focuses on Talent Management and HR Transformation.  He has led a number of complex global transformation projects as well as advising on integration activities of several mergers and divestitures. He supports CHRO's by designing and leading complex HR transformation projects that are aimed at enabling growth and innovation for the business. 

Prior to joining EY, Sayed was the NE regional leader at PwC and also co-led the human capital solutions group for the firm. His industry focus has been primarily on Media and Entertainment and the Financial Services sectors and more recently also include the Industrial Products and the Hospitality sectors. Sayed has worked extensively in Europe and Asia.

Sayed has an. MBA from the London Business School and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from University of Leeds as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Fuel and Energy Engineering from University of Leeds.

EY Center for Board Matters Leader

Steve Klemash leads the EY Center for Board Matters (CBM) in the Americas and regularly engages with board and committee members to understand their views, exchange ideas and discuss boardroom issues.

Steve is himself a board member and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Robert Morris University. He is a past board member of numerous other organizations in Pittsburgh including: the United Way, the Technology Council, the Regional Alliance, the Venture Capital Association, the Association for Corporate Growth and the Duquesne Club.

Prior to his role with the CBM, Steve served as the Managing Partner -Accounts for the Central Region of EY. In this role, he managed $2.4 billion of revenue and was responsible for the execution of the firm’s go-to-market objectives through the integration of services within the Assurance, Tax, Strategy and Transactions and Advisory service lines for accounts within the Central Region. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Steve continues to serve as a Senior Advisory Partner for several global Fortune 500 accounts.

Steve obtained a BSBA. from Robert Morris University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also has top security clearance with the federal government
