About the competition
The first phase of the competition takes place in local countries. Finalists are challenged to think critically and to come up with creative solutions for complex problems. They undertake both group and individual challenges, to give them the opportunity to demonstrate how they can contribute to a high-performing team and build a better working world.
The country winners are invited to attend the global final to represent their country. They work together to solve a case study, culminating in a celebratory announcement of the EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year global winner.
