Dave oversaw EY insurance clients globally. He led a team of over 12,000 industry professionals committed to helping insurers transform and reshape their business models through EY audit, business consulting, tax and corporate finance services.

He has more than 30 years of experience working in and advising the insurance industry, including broad business and IT strategy, hands-on leadership and implementation support for major operational change programs. Before joining EY, he was CEO of a SaaS-based policy administration solution, servicing over 50 lines of business in over 20 countries. Prior to that role, he founded and ran a global insurance software group, licensing insurance services in claims, policy and underwriting to leading insurance carriers around the globe. In addition, Dave has served on the Board of Directors for a leading P&C company in the US.

He holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School.
