How Deborah is building a better working world

“I’m building a better working world by empowering our people to improve their communities and build their skills by investing time in causes that matter.

I believe that we make the biggest social impact when take the same distinctive services and competencies we use in our business every day and put them to work to solve pressing problems in our communities.

There’s a broader benefit, too.

Through annual employee engagement surveys, we’ve learned that employees who participate in our community engagement efforts are more engaged. This leads to longer tenure with the organization and even higher performance ratings. Employees also tell us that firm-sponsored volunteer activities help them expand their networks and develop new leadership, business and cross-cultural teaming skills.”
