As Global People Advisory Services Leader, Mike leads EY teams that help clients harness their people agenda — getting the right people, with the right capabilities, in the right place, for the right cost, doing the right things.
By connecting the people strategy to the needs of services, Mike helps EY clients realize sustainable results from strategy to execution.
Prior to this, he served as Deputy EY Global Vice Chair of Tax, responsible for developing and executing EY Tax strategy.
Mike has more than 30 years of public accounting tax experience. He has served start-ups, mid-market and large, global clients across industries including technology, consumer products, energy and life sciences.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
