Monica is EY Global Long-Term Value leader. In this role, she works with clients to shape their approaches for delivering long-term value and spearheads EY’s efforts to scale related capabilities across strategy, transformation and reporting. Monica also leads global efforts to create meaningful opportunities to bring EY’s purpose, Building a better working world, to life internally and externally.

Prior to taking on this role, Monica served as EY’s Global Digital and Knowledge Transformation leader working with leaders across EY to shape digital strategy and build new capabilities required to provide distinctive insights to clients, teams and external audiences. Before joining EY, she was the Director of Digital Solutions for a management consulting firm in Washington, DC, New York and London.

Monica holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from Princeton University.
