As the leader of the EY Americas Center for Board Matters, Steve has conducted dozens of board insight sessions and has led numerous discussions with director networks. He regularly presents at corporate governance events. In 2018 and 2019, he was included on the National Association of Corporate Directors’ list of the 100 most influential leaders in corporate governance.

Steve has firsthand experience as a board member and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Robert Morris University. He has also served on boards of numerous other nonprofit organizations.

Previously, Steve’s EY leadership roles have included serving as the Pittsburgh Office’s Managing Partner and as a Regional Managing Partner for EY’s largest service lines – both Assurance and Advisory.

Steve obtained a BSBA from Robert Morris University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He also has a top security clearance with the U.S. Federal Government.
