Investor group led by CapMan Growth invests in Unikie Oy – EY Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to Unikie

On 19 November, an investor group led by CapMan Growth made an investment of EUR 12 million in Unikie Oy (“Unikie”), one of the fastest growing technology companies in Finland, which is headquartered in Tampere, employs more than 300 software engineers and has an estimated net sales of EUR 35 million in 2020.

On 19 November, an investor group led by CapMan Growth made an investment of EUR 12 million in Unikie Oy (“Unikie”), one of the fastest growing technology companies in Finland, which is headquartered in Tampere, employs more than 300 software engineers and has an estimated net sales of EUR 35 million in 2020. 

Unikie, established in 2015, is a technology company specialised in demanding device-edge-cloud-based software. Its focus sectors include the automotive industry, smart machinery and telecommunications. The company’s spearhead is Unikie AI Vision, a comprehensive autonomous driving (AD) solution that can be scaled to the global market. Unikie is the third-fastest growing technology company in Finland and has operations in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Poland and the United States.

CapMan Growth is a leading Finnish growth investor. Their newly launched second investment fund makes significant minority investments in growth stage companies with ambitious growth and expansion targets. Unikie is the fund’s second investment.
