EY Law supported Trevian Asset Management with a Term Loan refinancing

EY Law supported Trevian Asset Managent with a MEUR 41 Term Loan refinancing of existing credit facility for real estate portfolio.  

With a keen understanding of the complexities involved, EY Law successfully facilitated the seamless refinancing of Finnish Groceries portfolio credit facility with a Finnish bank.

This bank loan facility that was constructed within the Finnish groceries portfolio with direct and subordinated loans. Playing a pivotal role, financing over 40 property entities — both fully and partially owned — in metropolitan areas and key regional hubs throughout Finland.
