Nils Kristian has more than 25 years of experience in audits, transactions and advisory services. He has also served as CFO for a listed company.
Nils Kristian is a partner in Strategy and Transactions, with responsibility for Financial Services in the Nordics, and the Energy sector in Norway.
In recent years, his primary focus has been on valuations and financial due diligence, as well as general advice concerning mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
Nils Kristian holds different management positions within our Strategy and Transactions practice, both in Norway, in the Nordic region and in the EMEIA area. He is a Norwegian State Authorized Auditor and Financial Analyst.
