How Guido is building a better working world
“A long-term vision is necessary to manage organizations with the ambition to build a better working world. The goal is to create the right professional environment for the growth of EY people, but also to establish the right approach with EY clients. And to do that, it is fundamental to always put trust and transparency as the root of any relationship.
Building trust requires time, patience, endurance, resilience and discipline. It is something very slow to obtain, but incredibly solid when you get to it. Respect toward people and clients, preparation, self-control, and discipline in execution are the ingredients to reach the more challenging and apparently impossible targets. This is how we intend to meet the long-term EY values and to succeed in building a better working world.”
