The program aims to inspire the next generation of exceptional female talent to pursue an exciting and fulfilling career in EY Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). We hope to foster a community where women from varying backgrounds can learn, be challenged and develop relationships that will last a lifetime.

Why is EY so passionate and about investing in, and committed to the development of future female leaders? Numerous global studies have shown that women’s advancement and leadership are key to business performance and economic prosperity. In order to help companies drive inclusive growth by focusing on their capital and transaction strategy through to execution, it’s vital we build diverse and purpose-driven teams.

    About the competition

The search for the 2020 EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year has begun, and this year the competition is in even more countries.

    • The first phase of the competition takes place in your local country. We will challenge your ability to think critically and to come up with creative solutions for complex problems. You will undertake both group and individual challenges, to give you the opportunity to demonstrate how you can contribute to a high-performing team.

    • A winner will then be selected for each country and will be invited to attend the global final to represent their country in Rome in February 2020. Finalists will work together to solve problems for a real client, culminating in an evening of celebration where we will announce the 2020 EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year. Participating in the competition will provide you with new experiences, build your confidence, increase your network and help kick-start your career.

The global winner will embark on an all-expenses-paid once-in-a-lifetime EY internship. The month-long experience will take the winner across the globe to work with EY TAS teams in multiple locations as they help clients build a better working world.
