No. We aim to staff our consultants on as wide a variety of projects as possible, to maximize the learning opportunity for you. In later stages of your career at EY-Parthenon, you are expected to start specializing in specific sectors and/or project types.
Unfortunately, EY-Parthenon does not sponsor work visas at the Graduate level. However, EY-Parthenon may consider sponsoring work visas for lateral hires.
While the recruitment process may vary depending on the position, the typical application process involves a resume, cover letter, short written response to specific questions, take-home case study, and two rounds of interviews incorporating case studies and behavioral questions.
