    Our EY-Parthenon Strategy UK office, located in London, seeks outstanding candidates with strong analytical skills and a passion for applying them to real world problems.     General recruiting information

    • Which program should I apply to?

      The Associate program is targeted at final year Undergraduate, Master's and PhD students as well as those who have graduated, although this programme is suitable for anyone wishing to join the firm in September 2021.

      The Summer Associate internship program is mainly aimed at penultimate year students who are available for 8 weeks through July and August 2021, looking to join the first full time in September 2022. If you are already a graduate and this timetable suits your plans, then please feel free to apply.

      The Summer Consultant internship program is open to first year MBA students who are available for 8 weeks through July and August 2021, looking to join the first full time in September 2022.

    • What is the interview process at EY-Parthenon?

      Full-time and Summer Associates

      If your initial application is successful you will be contacted by email and asked to take an online numerical and critical reasoning assessment as the first stage of the process.

      Candidates who have been shortlisted to take this assessment will receive an email by the 2nd November 2020 and will have a 5-day window to complete the assessment.

      Candidates who are successfully selected for interview will then go through to the first stage of interviews which will very likely be conducted virtually this year. The first round consists of two 25-minute case interviews led by our consultants and these are conducted CV blind.

      If you pass round one, you will be invited to a final interview round, which again will likely take place virtually, and will include two case interviews, and a CV led interview with one of our Partners or Directors.

      After the final round of interviews, the recruiting team reconvenes to extend offers to the most qualified candidates.

    • Where is the United Kingdom office located?

      The United Kingdom office is located in London Bridge at 1 More London Place, SE1 2AF.

    • Do you sponsor work visas?

      For those who successfully receive a full-time Associate job offer, we are able to sponsor your visa.

      We unfortunately do not provide visas for either of our summer internship programs. Summer interns will need to have right to work in the UK or be studying in the UK at the time of the internship.

    • What should I do if I am interested in an office other than the London office?

      Applications to any of our offices are welcome.

      We highly recommend that you apply to each office location you are interested in separately as timelines and processes will vary between geographies.

      There is an option in the UK application portal to select other offices of interest, but please note that we cannot guarantee your application will be delivered to that location in a timely manner as we only review all applications after the UK closing date and therefore suggest you apply to each location of interest directly.

    • Can I apply to an alternative EY graduate program?

      You may also apply to an EY program via EY Careers. Please note the recruitment programs for EY-Parthenon and EY are not interlinked, therefore you cannot apply for an EY role through the EY-Parthenon portal and vice versa.

    • Can I apply to the other two EY-Parthenon functional areas – Transaction Strategy & Execution or Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy in the UK?

    • If I am looking for a non-consulting role at EY-Parthenon, how should I apply?

      All the support roles within EY-Parthenon are provided by the wider EY firm and so you should apply to EY directly. Please see EY Careers for more information.

    • How do I apply outside of the EY-Parthenon recruitment cycle?

    Associate and Consultant programmes in United Kingdom

    • I am an Undergraduate, Master’s or PhD student. How do I know if my university has a formal recruiting program with EY-Parthenon Strategy? How do I apply?

      EY-Parthenon Strategy will be conducting all its typical campus activity virtually this year – this will include events with some specific schools which will be advertised on their official careers’ pages (and can also be found at the bottom of this page).

      If we are not conducting any events with your specific school, please take a look at our general recruitment dates below for events which will be open for sign up by anyone wishing to learn more about the work we do.     • When should I apply?

    • How will I know if you have received my CV and cover letter?

      The last page of the application portal will acknowledge successful submission of your application; you will also receive a further confirmation by email (these often go to the junk folder so please be sure to check there if you haven’t received a confirmation email).

      We will review applications after the closing date at which point only candidates selected for online assessments will be contacted. All candidates who have been selected for the online assessments will receive an email by no later than the end of 2nd November 2020.

    • What should I do if I make a mistake in my application?

      All candidates successful in moving into the first round of interviews (which will be conducted virtually) will be contacted by a member of the scheduling team on 16th November 2020 to arrange a suitable slot for their interview.

    • I am no longer an Undergraduate, Master’s or PhD student. How should I apply for the Associate programs?

      If you hold an Undergraduate, Master’s degree or PhD, and you are no longer a student, and wish to apply for the Associate program or Summer Associate internship program, you should submit your CV via the online application portal at the top of this page.

      Those with less than 3 years’ experience in the industry should apply to the Associate program. If you have more than 3 years’ experience you may wish to apply to the Consultant program.

      Please note that those who successfully receive a full-time offer, will do so for a start date in September 2021 and those who successfully receive a summer internship offer will do so for a start date in July 2021.

    • I am an MBA student. How do I know if my business school has a formal recruiting programme with EY-Parthenon Strategy? How do I apply?
