EY has been recognized by ALM Intelligence (ALM) as a top market leader for transforming production operations in its latest report, The ALM Vanguard: Production Operations Consulting 2019.

The report evaluates capability depth — the ability to gain results for clients — and capability breadth — the ability to deploy that capacity across multiple scenarios — across industry sectors and geographic regions. According to ALM, EY advances their leadership position by adding momentum to the depth and breadth of consulting capabilities and client impact, for which it was ranked first.

The EY consulting approach is built on the premise that operational stability is key to advancing performance improvement. The base of the EY consulting offering is the integrated Supply Chain Reinvention Framework — a suite of asset-backed services enabled by advanced technologies such as data analytics, blockchain, machine learning, robotics and artificial intelligence.

Glenn Steinberg, EY Global and EY Americas Supply Chain Leader, says:

“Supply chains are strategic differentiators and, to achieve competitive advantage and operational stability, EY is engaging with operators on the shop floor to change mindsets and behaviors. In this period of digitization, EY professionals are working closely with clients to provide them the appropriate combination of people, process and technology across the supply chain to achieve the levels of operational excellence required to drive this competitive advantage.”

Naima Hoque-Essing, Senior Research Analyst, Management Consulting Research, ALM Intelligence, says:

"EY is a leader in terms of capabilities to create client impact through their depth and breadth of experience. The EY Supply Chain Reinvention model offers a consistent framework for achieving operational excellence across the board.”
