Since 2014, Eduardo (Ted) has led the EY Americas Risk Management organization, covering internal risk assessments, compliance, ethics, privacy and independence, as well enterprise risk management. He also serves as chair of EY Americas’ Ethics Oversight Board, member of EY Global Risk Management Executive Committee and the Global Practice Group as well as a member of the Board of Gloucester Insurance Ltd.

Beginning his career as a white-collar and regulatory attorney both in private practice and with the US federal government, he has spent the last 18 years at EY where he has focused on assisting clients with internal investigations and compliance program structures for US regulatory obligations, as well as foreign standards.

Ted earned a master’s degree in Health Administration from St. Louis University School of Public Health and a JD degree from St. Louis University School of Law.

How Eduardo is building a better working world

As a leader with extensive global experience, Ted champions diversity as a key ingredient for success in the market. Within EY, Ted is the Executive Sponsor of the US Latino Professionals Network, the affinity group for sponsoring and developing Latino talent in the US. He is also visibly active with Unity and participates in speaking events aimed at promoting a safe and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ professionals. He also sits on the Board of the Latino Donor Collaborative.
