A transdisciplinary professional, Ellen is deputy-leading a change management initiative to increase innovation, analytics and digital capabilities in EY client engagements. How Ellen is building a better working world

"By putting the people first, we learn about their perspectives, issues, and ambitions and from that understanding can design analytical, innovative, and digital approaches to help them overcome their challenges and realize their goals. Such a human-centered approach will distinguish EY in the age of artificial intelligence."
