Appointed CEO of Link Real Estate Investment Trust in 2010, George Hongchoy believes that entrepreneurs are agents of social and economic transformation. He relentlessly pursues that conviction by building a diversified business that evolves with community needs and embeds sustainability throughout its operations. Under George’s leadership, Link’s assets under management have increased from US$4.9b to US$31.5b and its footprint has expanded from Hong Kong to the Chinese mainland and Australia.

Goerge was named one of Harvard Business Review’s 100 Best-Performing CEOs in the World in 2018 and 2019, and Business Person of the Year by the DHL-SCMP Hong Kong Business Awards in 2015.

He is Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Tracker Fund of Hong Kong, a trustee of the University of Pennsylvania, an adjunct professor of the Department of Real Estate and Construction at The University of Hong Kong and an advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation Limited.
