How Jack is building a better working world
“I help financial services clients set strategy in the face of ever-increasing complexity by focusing on the intersection of customer needs and differentiating business capabilities. Financial institutions are a cornerstone of a vibrant economy. However, in today’s world of increasing competition and regulation, they must become more customer-centric by responsibly meeting the needs of their customers while generating attractive returns for shareholders. In my experience, those two items should never be competing objectives.”
