Jeffrey leads the EY Corporate Development Leadership Network — an invitation-only, permanent roundtable of the heads of M&A, strategy and inorganic growth at 40 of the largest companies in North America.  Previously, he was EY Global Corporate Finance Vice Chair and EY Global Transactions Leader for the Life Sciences sector.

With more than 30 years of transaction experience, Jeff is the lead author of The Stress Test Every Business Needs: A Capital Agenda for confidently facing digital disruption, difficult investors, recessions and geopolitical threats. The book articulates a comprehensive framework for managing capital, executing transactions, and applying practical corporate finance tools to strategic and operational decisions.

Additionally, he supports global companies with their capital allocation, portfolio management, acquisition, divestiture and valuation needs.

An MBA holder from the Harvard Business School with a concentration in Finance and International Business, Jeff earned a BA in Physics from Dartmouth College.
