An accomplished customer executive with extensive experience across a range of industries, Jenny is EY Oceania Customer Advisory Services Leader.
Most recently, she focuses on bringing a customer experience focus into government and helping large organizations transform, innovate and start to help deliver in a more agile fashion around customer outcomes.
Having started her career in retail management, Jenny soon found her passion for customer experience and marketing at Australia’s largest telecommunications company, where she held a number of senior executive roles. In 2009, the Australian Financial Review named her one of Australia‘s top 40 under 40. Additionally, she has served on boards in the aged care, call center and government sectors.
She is a marketing professional with a specialization in Commerce from University of Melbourne. Her postgraduate studies is in Management from Monsah University and she is a Fellow of the AICD.
