Jens-Christian has over 14 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance, serving both corporate and private equity clients in Europe, US and APAC.
The focus of Jens-Christian and his team is to analyze companies that are facing transformational changes in their sectors and help them reposition along the value chain within their respective ecosystem by pursuing large transformational transactions, strategic private acquisitions and public takeovers, as well as complex carve-outs of non-core activities or antitrust remedy assets.
Before joining the EY organization in 2016, Jens-Christian acquired extensive skills working in investment banking.
Jens-Christian studied business administration at the University of Passau, the Kyoto Sangyo University and the Easter Washington University. He is a CFA charterholder and regular member of the CFA Institute.
