How Josh is building a better working world
“I aspire to build a better working world in three ways. Firstly, leadership: I predominantly work with CEOs with a change mandate who must achieve results not only through organizational transformation, but also inspirational leadership. Secondly, purpose: I work with digitally based health and wellness firms that aspire to create societal impact. Lastly, disruption: I advocate for value-based commercial models with our clients as well as internally at EY”.
