Lucille leads the Government and Health Sciences services for EY Oceania, including teams of professionals in human services, health, education, defense, transport and infrastructure. She also provides strategic advice to governments in Australia and New Zealand.
She has a unique blend of Australian and Canadian public and private sector experience across the education, employment, human services and health sectors.
Lucille received a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Ottawa and completed higher degree studies in Europe ESCP.
How Lucille is building a better working world
Throughout the past 25 years, Lucille has played a major role in providing major transformational change in the areas of social welfare, disability and income support. More recently, she collaborated with the Australian government to establish the National Disability Insurance Scheme intended to provide people with disability, greater control and choice over the services and support they access.
As a leader, Lucille focuses on people, performance and building enduring relationships. She regularly hosts CEDA’s Women in Leadership program and EY leadership for women programs. She has a passion for making a difference and contributes to the broader community in a number of ways. She is a serving Board Member of the Canberra Symphony Orchestra and Little Company of Mary Health Care.
