Nancy is a global leader in integrated reporting and Assurance, working with large multinational clients to improve the transparency and quality of annual reporting.

She is a member of the framework panel of the International Integrated Reporting Council. From 2013 through 2016, she served as the deputy director of the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, with a focus on emerging forms of external reporting. Since 1993, she has promoted how the accountancy profession can support sustainable value creation in a constrained world. She received an award from the Dutch government for her role in changing the reporting landscape.

Nancy earned a PhD in Business Administration from Tilburg University and an MBA in Accounting from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
