Neil has over 10 years of experience within the Operational Transaction Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP, with a focus on operational drivers of M&A transactions, business process re-engineering and enterprise change management programs.
He has extensive experience across the M&A deal life cycle, with a focus on helping clients deliver on their acquisition business case. He’s also advised multiple large global diversified industrials companies on deal thesis development, value capture realization, and integration transformation efforts.
Before joining EY, Neil held various leadership positions at a major financial institution, where his responsibilities included leading enterprise operational and technology change initiatives and acquisition integration programs.
Neil holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Duke University and an BE in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
