Polish inventor and entrepreneur Rafał Brzoska is the Founder and CEO of Integer Capital Group, Europe’s leading e-commerce delivery platform. He’s also a business angel and the cofounder of two VC firms. 

As the founder of InPost, Integer’s flagship company, Rafał has revolutionized parcel delivery. The company has the largest and most convenient automatic parcel pickup and delivery network in Europe, with 67 logistics centers and more than 66,000 parcel locker sites and pickup/drop-off points in nine countries. In 2023, the company handled 892 million parcels. 

Rafał considers charity a fundamental pillar of 21st-century business. InPost has provided hundreds of trucks carrying humanitarian aid to Ukraine, and Rafał also organized the Convoy of Polish Hearts to Kharkiv, the largest privately funded humanitarian transport initiative. In another initiative, the Rafał Brzoska Foundation Scholarship Fund allows talented young people to study at the world’s leading universities. 

Rafał was selected as EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2021 Poland.
