Shawn focuses on Private Equity Operational Performance Improvement Advisory Services. Providing a practical perspective on operational improvement efforts to private equity managers, she works directly with EY clients to develop a strategic framework and transformation program to address their process, organizational and technology challenges.
Bringing leading practices based on her knowledge gained from numerous years of experience and client engagements across the private equity front, middle and back office, her experience includes insights into the private equity software and service provider landscape and leading class tools.
Before joining EY, she was founder and CEO of a consulting group. Prior to that, she worked as a private equity consultant.
Shawn earned an MS in Mathematics and Education from the University of Maryland and a BA in Mathematics from Spelman College.
