Stéphanie Gicquel is an ultramarathon runner, explorer, author and entrepreneur. She has done several polar expeditions, running a marathon in –30°C at the Geographical North Pole and achieving a 74-day, 2,000 km expedition across Antarctica via the South Pole in 2014 — the longest expedition on foot with no kite by a woman in Antarctica.

Stéphanie also has won several ultradistance races, including the 24-Hour French Championships. In February 2019, she ran seven marathons in seven consecutive days on seven continents (295 km in 25:42) during the World Marathon Challenge.
