Helga is an Associate Partner in Consulting in EY Croatia. In more than 20 years of experience, she has gained extensive knowledge in managing complex projects, providing advisory support, strategic planning, capacity building and technical assistance. She also applied her knowledge in the public sector in Croatia, working in different Croatian ministries and the Delegation of the European Commission to the Republic of Croatia on various management positions.
Helga has broad experience working with clients from the state and public sector in the areas of EU funding, in the preparation of strategic documents and related action plans, as well as in the preparation of projects funded by the ESF and ERDF.
She holds a master's degree from the Faculty of Science in Zagreb, Department of Geography.
