Majda is a Partner and Consulting Services Leader in EY Croatia. She is a chartered engineer with more than twenty years of experience in preparation and implementation of large infrastructure projects procured under financing arrangements with government agencies or international financial institutions.
Over the past few years, she has been supporting the public sector in Croatia with the investment programs and projects focusing on Infrastructure sector including transport, water, wastewater, waste, and energy, working with some of the main actors of the policy cycle.
She has experience in leading international teams with a different audience from experts to decision-makers as well as with diverse organizations. Her work includes cooperation with international clients and financial institutions including the EBRD, the European Union, government agencies, public authorities, utilities, building contractors and industrial companies.
Majda graduated from Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Zagreb, and holds a Project Management Professional certificate by PMI, and Croatian Public Procurement Act Certificate. She is a member of Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers and Croatian Society of Civil Engineers.
