Marta joined EY in 2002 and is currently an Associate Partner in Tax Services with vast experience in providing tax consultancy. In addition to her time at EY, she has gained valuable experience working in real sector during 2015/2016.
Marta has significant experience in reviewing corporate income tax returns for local and international clients. She worked on a number of projects dealing with cross border tax issues, especially withholding taxes, permanent establishment, management services contracts, thin capitalization issues, VAT on cross border service charges etc.
Her experience extends to the field of due diligence assignments and assistance, helping clients make informed decisions and understand the historical tax liabilities associated with their proposed acquisitions.
Marta graduated on the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
