Maša Šarić

Maša is a Partner in Tax Services with vast experience in tax, due diligence and consulting services, gained through the years of working on various tax advisory and tax related services engagements. She specializes in corporate and VAT consulting but also has significant experience in customs related issues, due diligence assignments and assistance to private equity investors. She has also worked on a number of engagements providing a wide range of transaction tax services.

During her assignment in international tax group in Rotterdam, Maša gained international experience working on tax restructuring projects – specifically in relation to IP planning involving multiple jurisdictions. She has been working with clients in various industries including FMCG, banking and other financial, energy and transportation.

She is credited for starting the Summer Tax Academy – unique, five-day educational program for students organized in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics & Business in Zagreb which every year gathers a number of eminent local and international speakers.

Maša graduated on the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
