Rikhav Shah

Advising pension funds on investment governance solutions. Driving cost transparency in fiduciary managers’ solutions.

Rikhav leads EY’s Investment Governance and Oversight team. He has over 15 years’ experience in providing investment advice to trustees and corporates, covering all aspects of multi-asset portfolios, specifically within a delegated investment framework, such as fiduciary management.

Rikhav has conducted numerous delegated investment provider selection exercises and monitoring reviews in the UK, North America and Asia. He has also advised large pension funds on optimal governance structures, and has been part of internal audit reviews of investment management functions.

Prior to joining EY, Rikhav had over 10 years’ experience in providing investment advisory and fiduciary management services to pension schemes.

He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the London Business School.
