Connie is an experienced business leader with a focus on driving growth and innovation in the utility industry. She has a demonstrated track record of building teams that help deliver value for clients in advisory consulting, system integration, and technology-enabled transformations. Currently, Managing Director at the Power & Utilities practice at the global EY organization. She is also a Global Client Service Partner in Energy services across all service lines. She is responsible for managing the overall client relationship for two of the largest investor-owned utilities in the Northeast.
She also recently led one of her clients through a transformational journey to bring its customer information system into the future, a change that greatly contributed to this utility’s win of Utility of the Year at one of the most prominent global utilities conferences.

Connie’s latest venture is authoring a book, Women of Power (and Utilities), which profiles nine women who serve the utility industry as client facing professionals. The book is being published by Innovate Utility CX (formerly CS Week Publishing) in May 2025.
