Aidan is a corporate transactional lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising leading Irish and international public, private and semi-state companies, private equity sponsors and other stakeholders across a range of sectors. Aidan specialises in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance/equity capital markets, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance legal advice and has acted as lead adviser on some of the largest and most high-profile corporate transactions in the Irish market.

Before joining EY Law Ireland, Aidan was a corporate lawyer at one of Ireland’s leading tier 1 corporate law firms in Dublin where he was a senior corporate equity partner for 14 years. Aidan has been a recommended lawyer in leading ranking guides Chambers & Partners Global, Chambers & Partners Europe, IFLR1000 and Legal500. He has a Bachelor of Business & Law degree from University College Dublin and is admitted to The Law Society of Ireland.
