Neil is a Partner in our Global Trade Team who specialises in providing strategic trade solutions to the firm’s key Global accounts at a government and corporate level and advising on global customs affairs.
His work has included strategic supply chain planning, trade related Global cost reduction and compliance programs and delivering digitally enable trade analytics to some of the Worlds companies across a diverse range of sectors.
Before taking on his current role, Neil spent six years in Moscow advising clients on indirect tax issues affecting their businesses across the emerging markets in EMEA before returning to Ireland to establish a truly global indirect tax practice. He was also the firms Global Tax Leader for our Life Sciences industry sector.
The lead partner on systems and process-related Brexit discussions supporting all affected UK Government departments, Neil was also founder and Chair of the firm’s bi-annual global Strategic Trade Life Sciences event and Global Tax Leader for Life Sciences.

Neil and his team work closely with our Americas and Asia colleagues on a daily basis, helping implement global customs compliance and costs savings programs around the world.
An Associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland, Neil has successfully implemented customs projects for companies across multiple countries in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, energy, technology and automotive sectors.
