Olivia is a Director at the EY Diversity & Inclusion Advisory service in Ireland and leads a dedicated consultancy team to help clients achieve their diversity and inclusion (D&I) ambitions. She helps clients understand their D&I activity through objective assessments and audits resulting in diagnostic outcomes, sustainable strategies and roadmaps, KPIs, as well as an informed and enabled leadership.

Before joining EY, Olivia provided independent consultancy to government departments, state agencies and the community and voluntary sector through inclusive participative practice for over 10 years. Renowned as a leading professional in participation, she helped establish an acclaimed culture of participation for children and young people in Ireland.

Accredited as a life coach by the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland and a scholar at United World College, Olivia holds an MSc in Interactive Digital Media and a BA (Honours) in Sociology and Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin.
