As Head of EY-Seren Ireland, Yvonne leads a team of customer and digital transformation generalist and specialists across data, people, process, systems and technology for EY clients in various sectors. 

Primarily, Yvonne works to attract and retain clients through high quality of delivery by utilising her deep customer knowledge, fostering client relationships and building market presence. The focus is on design and implementation of customer-centric organisations, leveraging the digital value chain, and optimising marketing effectiveness. 

Prior to joining EY, she was a Director for a management consulting company, where she worked with clients in a consulting capacity across the spectrum of marketing and distribution capabilities.

Yvonne received a Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and an MSc in Marketing from Dublin City University.
