As the Managing Partner for the New York City office of Ernst & Young LLP, Herb is responsible for the overall client service and internal management of the EY US member firm’s headquarters and largest office. His goal is to connect thousands of dynamic EY professionals to area clients and continue to embed EY into the fabric of the New York City business and social communities.
Prior to his current role, he served as EY Global Private Equity Leader, where he teamed with leadership to build services and drive quality service for private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Previously, he served as EY Americas Growth Markets Leader, overseeing a global network of professionals that advise growing and groundbreaking companies.
With more than 20 years of experience, he is a believer in authentic leadership and is committed to making an impact on diversity and inclusiveness.
