Pankaj is the India Markets Leader and oversees key functions including, Business Development, Brand, Marketing and Communications, India Pursuits Group and various other GTM initiatives.
With over 20 years of work experience, Pankaj services multinational and domestic clients with their regulatory and tax issues in cross-border M&A activities from both inbound and outbound investment perspectives.
He has been leading the Transaction Support practice and relationships and due diligence with large global PE accounts.
His expertise includes due diligence reviews, investment structuring, multinational acquisitions and disposals.
