As leaders guide their companies through digital transformation, three imperatives can help them decode the ‘how’ of the journey: rethink everything, connect today with tomorrow and carve out time to think about the future.

How Paresh is building a better working world

“There is a new mindset among CEOs as they seek to address contrasting imperatives: how to respond to the digital wave while laying the groundwork to disrupt it. At EY, my efforts are focused on finding the right strategy and framework to help business leaders gain the insight and clarity they need to make better decisions, transform their businesses and help achieve their full potential.”

I have also worked with Pratham, a leading not-for-profit in the education space to develop a vision for their national rollout. I helped develop and implement a strategy that assisted with creating a global board for the organization.
