Over the past few years, EY has successfully spearheaded a network of CFOs through exclusive forums across cities. These forums for finance leaders provide an opportunity to come together and discuss issues of immediate relevance and those with a long-term strategic impact. Our effort has been to table thought-provoking ideas for discussion through these knowledge sessions.

There is an increasingly urgent requirement for CFOs and finance leaders to create an eco-system that fosters the ideology of sustainability, and meet the evolving expectations of multiple stakeholders, including investors, shareholders, customers, regulators, etc. This requires CFOs to make significant changes to people and leadership approaches, and adopt advanced analytics and forecasting capabilities.
