Helena is a senior manager in EY’s Transfer Pricing (TP) practice based in the Washington DC metropolitan area in the US. She has over 10 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of TP issues, with a focus on complex TP method application, intangible property planning and management, and operating model effectiveness.

While Helena’s clients span different industries, she specializes in the life sciences industry, leading projects to support companies with establishing intercompany transaction flows and setting appropriate pricing, effective tax rate forecasting, and TP issues in separations/restructurings.

Helena holds a PhD in Economics from Georgetown University and is a regular speaker on external transfer pricing conference panels and EY thought leadership presentations.
