How Yoichiro is building a better working world

“The issues and challenges facing EY clients’ finance leadership are getting more complex, and timeliness is becoming more essential in their business. In such an environment, one of my important agendas is how finance talent can focus on more creative work and can be more responsive to requirements from various stakeholders.

I am keeping my eyes on state-of-art technologies and approaches that help clients’ finance operations transform their business organization, process and talent level so that they can shift their focus from scorekeeper to business partner roles.”
