How Sven is building a better working world

“I focus on how large and small organizations can optimize their operational processes to increase cash flow predictability and free up cash. The result is a clear understanding of sources of uncertainty and where time can be saved along the value stream. The better working capital is being managed, the more options a business has to invest and the less a business relies on expensive funding mechanisms.”
