As EY Global Leader for Commercial Transformation consulting services, Ken focuses on increasing revenue and profit growth for both consumer products manufacturers and retailers by developing organic growth strategies and programs in addition to providing implementation support and value-based transformation programs.
For more than 25 years, Ken has helped clients develop growth strategies while improving marketing, sales, category and product management, revenue management and merchandising capabilities. In addition to consulting, Ken spent his early career in high-tech product management and has also served as an executive for two start-up companies.
Ken earned an MBA in Finance and Policy Studies (Corporate Strategy) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Michigan.
